Nature of Services

All consultations, reports, recordings, and communications represent my professional opinion based on training, study, and experience in Vedic astrology. Services are provided for personal insight, self-reflection, and general guidance only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychiatric, or other professional advice. Clients are encouraged to consult appropriately qualified professionals before making decisions in such matters.

Use of Analytical Tools and Technology

In preparing consultations and written materials, I may make use of specialist astrological software, digital research tools, and analytical support tools to assist with research, chart analysis, and preparation.

No Guarantees or Warranties

No guarantees, warranties, or representations are made regarding the accuracy, timing, or outcome of any astrological interpretation, analysis, or prediction. All interpretations are offered as symbolic and karmic perspectives on tendencies, patterns, and themes shown in the horoscope. Any decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from the use of this information remain solely the responsibility of the client, and no liability is accepted for reliance placed upon it. In no event shall I be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from reliance on astrological services.

Specific Subject Areas

Where topics relating to health, finance, career, relationships, investing, business, legal matters, or other practical life areas arise, any discussion is provided solely as an astrological and karmic interpretation of temperament, tendencies, and life themes. Such references are not instructions, recommendations, diagnoses, or actionable advice, and must not be used as a basis for decision-making. This applies equally to live consultations, recordings, and written materials.

Astrological Remedies

Remedies including gemstones, mantras, yantras, pujas, yagnas, or other spiritual practices may be suggested based on professional astrological judgement. No guarantee is given as to their effectiveness or outcomes. The choice to undertake any remedy is entirely voluntary and remains the sole responsibility of the client. Remedies should be undertaken with sincerity and free will and not motivated by fear, pressure, or expectation of guaranteed results.

Pujas, Yagnas, and Ritual Services

Where pujas, yagnas, or other ritual services are arranged:

• These services are facilitated in India through independent third-party priests or organisations.
• Relevant personal details may be shared solely for the purpose of conducting the ritual, including name, town of birth, town of residence, horoscope details, and the purpose or intention of the ritual where required for the sankalpa.
• Your exact date and time of birth and home address are never shared.
• All ritual bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, as arrangements are made immediately.
• I do not supervise, control, or accept responsibility for the actions, conduct, or procedures of third-party service providers.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate reasonable requests, though this cannot be guaranteed where work has already commenced.

Recordings and Intellectual Property

Recordings are provided for your personal use only. They may not be reproduced, shared publicly, published, or distributed in any form without my prior written consent. All written reports, materials, and content produced by me remain my intellectual property.

Age Restriction

My services are intended for clients aged 18 or over. Clients under 18 must have the express consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
